Knewton's Tech Team is looking for a full-time XHTML/CSS/JS Developer to join our team in Union Square, NYC to work on our core product. We're building an exciting adaptive learning engine to offer custom teaching to students based on how they learn best. We need our front-end to simplify the complex interactions between student, teacher and adaptive content.
As a front-end developer, you will be responsible for:
* Converting PSDs to XHTML and CSS
* Developing JavaScript to support product usability
* Measuring and improving page performance
Also, since we're a small, agile, start-up, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in the design of the products and the benefit of seeing your work deployed to real users real quickly.
